INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY

INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
From Preform to Finished Packaging

KOLORWORLD combines multiple plastics manufacturing technologies to produce packaging and components across PET, HDPE and PP applications. Its production capabilities include PET preform injection moulding, PET stretch blow moulding, HDPE extrusion blow moulding, PP injection moulding and closure compression moulding. Together, these processes support a broad range of formats, weights, shapes and applications, from lightweight preforms and closures to bottles, tubs and larger containers.

High-cavitation Husky injection moulding systems produce PET preforms with precise dimensional consistency across high-volume production runs. Multi-cavity tooling supports different preform designs, weights and neck finishes, with advanced hot-runner technology supporting efficient production and colour changes. Lightweighting can reduce material use while maintaining the functional requirements of the finished package. Husky systems also support the processing of recycled PET for suitable applications.

SIPA stretch blow moulding systems convert PET preforms into finished containers across a wide range of bottle formats and capacities. Production can accommodate round, oval, wide-mouth and complex shapes, as well as lightweight and customised containers. Bottle development can incorporate container design, preform optimisation, prototyping and testing before blow mould manufacture, supporting both functional performance and distinctive packaging requirements.

Extrusion blow moulding forms HDPE into hollow packaging by extruding a heated tube of material, known as a parison, which is enclosed within a mould and inflated to its final shape. The process supports bottles, handled containers, jerry cans and larger industrial packaging, with controlled wall-thickness distribution helping achieve consistent material use, structural performance and repeatable production across different container formats.

Netstal injection moulding systems process polypropylene into precision-moulded products including tubs, lids, cutlery and specialised components. Injection moulding supports repeatable dimensions, complex geometries and high-volume production using multi-cavity tooling. Sacmi compression moulding technology produces plastic closures from continuously extruded material, with individual moulding cavities forming each closure under controlled pressure and temperature for consistent production and dimensional accuracy.
